I came here as a new patient about a month ago and had a great experience with both the office and dental staff. The office staff was very transparent about pricing (which doesn’t happen often) and Luis the hygienist was awesome. Anyone who sees him as a patient is very lucky! Although my experience was definitely a good one what happened today prompted me to write this review.

I was frustrated with a situation this morning and when I called I faced some communication issues. As I grew more frustrated I began to lash out at the staff and eventually hung up out of anger. What happened next was not at all what I expected. Jennifer, the office manager called me less than 10 minutes later to rectify the situation and help me. I figured because of my behavior I’d be looking for a new dentist but Jennifer requested the necessary information and helped me very quickly. She remained calm and professional and put patient care as her top priority even when it wasn’t deserved. Jennifer was able to completely solve my problem and I made sure to compliment her on how she handled everything! When I was in the office for my visit I had no communication issues so I think my phone call today was just a fluke.

The staff here is going above and beyond for patients and not trying to rip anyone off like many of the large chain offices with all the new technology. I’ll take quality and compassionate care over technology any day.

Jennifer and Luis really stand out!
