BMW of Darien

I recently leased another new BMW at this dealership. This staff is so friendly, I've always had a great experience going here. Their BMW service center is great as well.

Once again, and no surprise… the service was amazing! The minute you pull in the drive one gentleman helps you find a spot to park and then another holds the door for you when you walk in. As always the woman at the front desk are incredibly courteous. At this visit Peter was my service advisor and he was incredibly polite, efficient, and kept things moving for me effortlessly.He kept me in the loop all day and made sure everything went perfectly and of course it did. It's very very hard for me to believe other dealerships could even come close to this level of service. At the end of the day when my car was all set Peter invited me back to sit and had everything all set for me. You could tell he wouldn't have had it any other way. Everyone you coming contact with at that dealership is polite and friendly.... Even passersby give you a pleasant greeting. I must really emphasize because It can't be overstated, Peter was amazing. You guys are the best!

Service personnel very pleasant, courteous and professional [without overdoing it]. Quick "in and out." Loaner car process easy. Returned our car cleaned and all work completed to highest degree. Uneventful experience...meaning no hassles.
