Hairspray Salon

I wasn't impressed by Logan's attitude during the time I spent in her chair. I sat down to explain how I wanted lighter ashy blonde & showed her a picture but she didn't want to take the time to really listen to me before she ran off to mix color.
After she was done, I wasn't really excited about the results but want to see it at home, sun light, & under different lights.
As I thought I wasn't happy. Of course asked her if I could come by the salon for her to see it. Her response was she was to busy. I told her I understood & to please let me know when was a good time.
Logan then told me that it would take a few times to make my golden blonde hair to light ashy blonde hair.
I told her the girl where I used to live in GA & the girl at another salon were able too. I just didn't want to drive 6 hrs or spend $200 anymore. Reason why I went to her was by word of mouth.
I was hoping she would try to fix it or refund my money but instead...
She responded by telling me that maybe I should just do it myself.
Awful customer service & extremely disappointed!
