Gill's 58

RUDE, unpleasant, , awful, terrible, revolting, repulsive, repellent, , intolerable, vile ... Oh well today on 10/10/2015 was my last day at Gill's 58. Why? here is my story. Some people shop for convenience some for good customer service some for better prices AND Some look for all 3. I strive for convenience and customer service. I put a lot of miles on my two vehicles. Every time when I hit the road and if i need a fill up I stopped at Gill's so I wont have to stop anywhere else once I'm on the road.Gill's is the first stop on my trip since i live near by.I have been spending $400-$500 plus every month on gas. I have 3 different accounts with the bank and The debit card I used only for gas purchases requires minimum of 10 transactions every month to avoid banks monthly fee. Some how this debit card got compromised and had some fraudulent activities on the account and I had to cancel the card and order new one. Once I got my new card I used it to make up # of transactions needed by getting little over a $1 at the rate of $2.17 / gallon in gas before I filled up. I made 3 transactions and Mr Gill's stopped the pump from the terminal inside and came out yelling " ( what was I doing and its costing him money for each transaction). Mr Gill's if you are so much worried about credit card terminal fee then don't accept Cards. Its for the customer convenience. Well I wont be buying gas from there anymore and give the cash flow to someone else. sure this one time making up of # of transaction didn't happened all the time. Well I left Gills without filling up and on my way I stopped at Sheetz in Danville and filled up my car $2.14 /gallon. If there is no better service for customers Loyalty then Loyalty can transferred to who have good customer service and appreciation and not yell at the Loyal customers.
