Danville Floral Co

If I were able to leave NO stars for Danville Floral I would. For many years Danville Floral has been my Florist of choice in the Danville Area. I have received and sent many floral arrangements prior to this morning without any issues.

This morning, I received a dozen pink roses that were brown and appeared to already be dying. My coworkers and the delivery driver himself agreed that they didn't look healthy. The purchaser called the florist to explain what they looked like and they immediately sent for the bouquet to be picked up.

Rather than send back an acceptable and healthy bouquet, he called the purchaser and made very disrespectful comments about me having never have spoken with me. When I had the opportunity to take a break from work to call myself he immediately said, "I made the flowers myself and they are beautiful. It is just you. The guard petals are brown, but the rest is fine and are opening beautifully. You can just do business elsewhere."

People send flowers to make someone's day brighter, not worse. Whomever I spoke with at Danville Floral this morning absolutely failed on so many levels and has now lost a once faithful customer.

I highly suggest either Berry's or Anker if you need someone in the area.
