Oriental Arts Company

I was looking to purchase some asian style ceramic lamps for my home. A local retailer who has bought from Oriental Danny in the past suggested this store. I was told to look at their online catalog and choose an item for the retailer to order. As a retail customer I found I was not allowed to access the catalog. I called Oriental Danny and was told I cannot access the online catalog, it is wholesaler only. The only way I can view it is if the hard copy is ordered to the store and I look at it that way. How frustrating. I need to order a few lamps this week. This store needs to learn how to market its items to end users and wholesalers, or else how will end buyer know to ask for their products. I am taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.
