I should have read reviews before having them (him) come over. I lost out on $65.00. Did no diagnostics. Just said it was the motherboard.. that's it.. no diagnostics, no inspection.. nothing.. I felt ripped off and now reading the reviews, these guys are cons.
Think BBB needs to be notified about these folks. If you are reading this, pass on them..

Fraud Company. Please BEWARE. DO NOT LET THESE GUYS COME HOME. They have no expertise in fixing appliances, they use second hand/fake parts for appliances. When Larry first visited our house for a fridge that doesn't cool, without giving any proper diagnosis he brought some sensor and installed it in the freezer compartment. He said it would start cooling & would reach maximum temperature in 24 hours per manufacturer. The fridge wasn't cooling. He charged $355 and we issued a check. Later upon research we found out that a genuine sensor costs only $10 where he charged us $70 for the part. He also said he replaced the evaporator fan blade which again costs only about $6 for the genuine part. We weren't even sure if the parts he replaced were broken or if he just replaced them. When we watched videos on reasons for fridge not cooling, replacement of a sensor is a highly unlikely reason and the tools he used to diagnose were nothing like what we saw on the video. The fridge never cooled as he had promised. We called him & he said he would come back. Next day, he came & opened the back of the fridge, said the filter needed to be cleaned and it would cost $42 more. We said we would not pay him a $ extra as he hadn’t fixed anything. We asked him for a refund and he threatened to walk out the door leaving the fridge as is. He said there would be no refunds. He then said the condenser fan motor needed to be replaced. He removed the factory condenser fan motor from the fridge, broke its fan blade into pieces and kept the factory motor with him. He then went to look for a replacement fan motor in his van and came back to say he didnt have it, but he could put something temporarily until he gets the real part. We asked him where he got the parts from, no answer. He put some temporary fake fan motor on by drilling more holes into our fridge and left. He couldn’t even screw the cover on the back wall so the parts were left open and exposed. By this time I read the other reviews on yellow pages and realized he does this with every customer. Fridge never cooled at all. I texted him asking him to refund atleast half the money or we would go to the police, he refused and gave a rude response. So I filed a complaint with the FTC. We also put a stop payment order on the check to him as he not only failed to diagnose, repair the fridge, but also billed us wrongly for the sensor & fan blade. After sometime, possibly worried that I could go to the police, he texted me back saying he will send me half the money (highly unlikely) but he wanted to come and get his fake fan motor back. We told him about the check stop payment and gave him some options to settle the matter reasonably which included us paying for the minimal service charge and letting him take his fake fan motor back that hadn’t helped fix the fridge anyway. We wanted to get it over with. Once he realized the check was frozen, he started threatening us via texts and calls. He didn’t bother to consider our options, nor talk about fixing the fridge. By this time it was certain that he was unwilling to cooperate or help. Throughout the process, he was dishonest and rude. He showed very little humility in wanting to help us and never really provided any repair service, diagnosis, or fix. I even reported him to Plano Police department. I wish we had read their reviews before calling them to save us all this hassle.
