        Fady was excellent. He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly.

        Once the parts were ordered, Fady checked to see if everything was satisfactory and found a problem with one of the parts so he re-ordered it, saving an extra trip out and the frustration of not having something repaired correctly the first time. Attention to detail like that is rare today. The re-ordered part arrived quickly. He performed the necessary work in a fast and efficient manner. I would highly recommend Fady and A-Appliance.
