Michaels - The Arts & Crafts Store

Outstanding service!!! Lovely people that work there, I was very impressed with their patience and interest in assisting me.

The store has come a long way since it opened back in July of 2012. I think the managers have finally got a good game plan going because the store looks cleaner than it used to and everyone is always really helpful. I think that people who complain about any store are probably high maintenance to begin with - therefore I try to ignore what they have to say. The store has a different layout than other stores in the area because it is new - it's how all new stores will be built or so I was told. The custom framing department was super helpful and my framed work came out excellent and there's always someone there to help considering the staff itself is pretty small - which brings me to my one complaint: hire more people!!! It's semi annoying to have to walk up and down every aisle just to find someone to help, but when someone is found they are always super sweet. Love this store - they always have something to use to make a project or a class to teach new methods.

Do not shop at this location managers are so rude I asked to speak to the store manager and she was incredibly rude. She did not look like she cared at all she just stood there with a dumb look on her face. The store is way to unorganized and has VERY FEW employees that actually care to help!!
