Carrington at Barker Cypress

The apartment landscaping was beautiful. The repair men and staff were helpful and friendly. However, there was a high degree of vagrancy in the complex. Kids between ages 15 and 18 were being allowed to run around jumping on tenant's cars and onto the gables of the second stories. If the sheriff was called and the kids were warned, they would retaliate by breaking furniture and pots in the open patios and egging apartment walls and doors. Apparently the management doesn't take the time to screen just who is coming into this place. They have let all the riffraff in.. you know parents who don't care if their kids are running around at 12 in the twilight and defend their acts as if they do nothing wrong....Yea, I give this place a big zero not for its luxury but for what comes attached along with it. Many times complaining to the management just gets a tenant some soft talk to reassure them that they are going to deal with the problem, but I have been here a year and the problem has persisted without correction. Too bad, I was ready to refer a lot more friends. I am sorry I ever referred anyone at all.
