        Overall

        We were sent the wrong size (very confusing on the website) and had to pay $20 return shipping for a $29 item (the refund in which we are still waiting to receive). Customer service was not helpful at all. I asked if we could get it shipped faster to meet the deadline after receiving the wrong goods and she said, "no, not really." I am the kindest person you'll find and I was shocked at the coldness of the person on the phone. READ the fine print is all I have to say.
