After my dad died & I had to sell his house from out of state, the DTJ experience was miserable. It seemed like Ray was negotiating for the buyer, & the way it was going, he would have had me actually PAYING someone to take my dad's house. (Usually I can find someone to be belligerent & rude to me for free.) He never did list the house on the web site, & I am not even sure he actually listed it in the Pioneer Press or even put a "for sale" sign in the yard. I wound up paying him $1,000.00 NOT to sell my house. I'll never have to do business in Cut Bank ever again, but if I did, I sure as hell wouldn't do it with Ray.
