This retailer, De Anza Car Wash in Cupertino, CA is charging for services and not delivering them. They do not take care of their customers.



They had a problem with a stupid customer trying to use the carwash. Finally they had her back out. I moved ahead and used the usually procedure for the carwash only to wait 5 minutes for them to restart the system. Then, there was no water!!!! I went through the carwash dry. They are idiots!!



I PAID MY $7.99 IN ADDITION TO A FULL TANK OF GAS AND MY CAR IS STILL DIRTY. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!



I'm informing my credit card company to not pay this invoice until this is cleared up.
