Rice Restaurant & Sushi Bar

Was in town visiting. Outstanding sushi. Try Tuna Tartare. Best I've eaten. My only complaint is there's not a Rice in my hometown of Birmingham. Will go there again! Staff super friendly, prompt. Recommend reservations.

And believe me, we've been to them all. Take the Hoffman review with a grain of wasabi... These servers are not only friendly, but recognize you and ask you how the kids are. Are they busy..? You bet..! Can you wait a long time on a Friday..? You bet...! Is it worth it..! You bet..!! Rice is as much about the ambiance as it is the great food and service, and you a doing yourself an injustice if you don't try it. Some people can never be satisfied, so be it..! We all get busy, and things can get crazy... How would you respond on those days..? Put this place on your bucket list. It's time for the happy customers to comment for a change.... We are the 99%

I have eaten here many times in the past so I will say the food has been good. However the service has become so poor that I will not eat here any longer. They have not kept up with demand and the wait staff is so over worked they don't care if you are happy or not. I vote with my money and my money is now eating somewhere that cares about the customer.
