Bobbleheads

The company produced the wrong color on the bobblehead, dispute multiple pictures showing the right color and will not refund the expedited shipping fee of $60, they will only pay for me to return and then redo it. If I do not have the product by the date I paid extra for because of their error that clearly is not good customer service. Do not recommend simply because their customer service is poor and their mechanism for ensuring they have the proper color information is non-exisistent.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BOBBLEHEADS.COM! They are terrible. I ordered a custom bobblehead from them and spent over $150. It looked NOTHING like the pictures and they refused to take it back or to issue a refund. All they did was ask for more money to make another one. They are a bunch of cheats who claimed they did a "great job" even though over two dozen people who saw their work thought otherwise
