I worked at vcg. And i know from experience they really do care about the owners and their pets. It is not all about the money. If somebody leets the doctor or any staff know they can not afford the treatment reccomended. The doctor and technicians will come up with multiple options and really try to work with the people to get their pets treted without breaking the bank. And different doctors have different styles. If yo udont like the doctor you meet the first time. Just ask any of the receptionist( who totally rock!) And they will happily make an appointment for a different doctor for the next time you come in. The staff at vcg only want to help people and make this difficult time easier. In my time their i saw how much these people really do care about the clients and their pets. You walk in the door on your 2 nd or 3 rd visit and the receptionist and most of the staff know your furry friends nam eand greets them. I love vcg as a company and could never have anything bad to say about them. Im sorry if anybody had a bad experience. But i can promise you they do try to do all they can to make people happy. They all are amazing people and i miss them everyday and really really wish i still worked there. I would recommend vcg to anybody anyday. They really know what they are doing and they put a lot of effort into calling people back(you gotta understand they usually are totally booked so if it takes a doctor til the end of the day to call back its not them ignoring you...its because they are crazy busy and literally dont have one minute to even get to a phone, they are so hard working), and making this aweful time more pleasant. I lost my dog logan, a 14 year old white lab dalmation mix to cancer so i understand how stressful itcan be. I really hope people take into consideration what i have said. Because i love vcg and what they are doing. They are an amazing company and anybody is lucky to have they pet treated by them, they do amazing things

If you love your pet, do not use this center. They make your pet endure test after test with no result, only a huge impact on your wallet. Forget about trying to dispute the bill, the billing people are not nice.

I took my dog in for a simple stomach ache. They ran many unnecessary tests resulting in $2500. They won't release your pet until you pay the charges, then the billing people are extremely rude and won't speak with you. They don't care about your pet or their reputation, only $$$$$.
