V02 Medical V02 Max Testing

I was very satisfied with the overall superb service and quality of medical care I received at vo2 Medical. I'm an athelete in training and I occasionally run marathons, so naturally it is very important for me to have vo2 testing of my fitness at least once a year. It reflects my aerobic capacity. Many atheletes unwittingly don't get their vo2 results every so often like they should and this is a mistake. You need to be aware of your numbers in order to use proper judgement, as far as knowing how far to push yourself or not.



That being said, this hasn't been my first vo2 max testing. When I moved down to LA from Seattle however, I didn't know where to go to get this done. After connecting with other fellow atheletes through the internet, they directed me to this place and I am so lucky I found it since I almost thought I wouldn't find one here in Los Angeles. My friends said they were go so I gave them a shot. Having done this many times before, I asked them a lot of technical questions about heath & fitness and the body just to kind of test them a little, and they definitely knew what they were talking about. They have a very knowledgeable staff that make it a lot easier for you to maintain your performance. What's great is that they also offer package type deals if you feel you might be coming back soon because your workout habits might change. The results they printed out and gave me were very comprehensive and easy to read for those who may not really be familiar with all the technical terms of the field.
