Citizens Financial Bank

I have tried calling there several times and they won't even answer the phones during business hours. It was frustrating that it just rang and rang. Not even an automated answering machine picked up.

Citizens is a great hometown bank. They are very helpful, personable, and informed. Whenever I have had a question or concern, it has always been addressed and/or taken care of on a timely basis. Besides, how can you not like a business that greets you by name?
