Picerne Development Corp

I moved in these apartments (Worthington Point) last year (2007) and when I moved in it was nice inside and out. But in the last 6 months I have noticed a drastic change. You have teenagers hanging out at the kiddie playground all day and night smoking, Guests coming from every where to swim in the pool( i don't even let my kids swim anymore because of that), Trash everywhere, the stair cases and breeze ways are very nasty, Adults letting there children under 4 run around, they had a volley ball sand area but it is nasty as well. Adults playing loud music and surround sound all night long, and the trash is always overflowing. I have also noticed how they have let people move in here on section 8 housing and of course they are not abiding by the rules letting God knows how many people live with them in their apartments. Oh, and not to mention how in some three bedrooms you have 7-8 people living in them. I figured with this being a new community and located in Crowley the run down GHETTO look would not be seen but I guess I was wrong considering the fact that they don't screen properly like they stated that they do. I think it is just appalling how management runs around here and all this is going on. What happen to the strict guidlines and all that? But, I guess as long as you are getting the money of $800 from the honest people it does not matter and it makes up for the low lifes that they put in the complex.
