As we talked to the manager about our huge transaction it was bigger then the first one. She was very rude, nasty woman, abnoxious. We are military family and respect is big for us, as we repect others also. No respect for the military either in this place.

I called the owner BRUCE WYATT and he was even worse stating that is how he runs his busness and yelling at me the phone. The ignorance and no customer service was deplorable then we have ever experienced. BRUCE WYATT have no common sense in how to talk to people. went to another liquor store stories about bad behavior and mistreating people is a common practice from BRUCE WYATT and management this store.

Tennesse is great and this is the first time that my military family and I were treated like garbage. BRUCE WYATT makes people from Tennesse looks bad with his vast ignorance and unhospitable actions. I'm glad there are a lot of great people here and better liquor store.
