Hey looking for a great gym,come in and see this gym. The owner is always helpful and willing to work with you one on one any other gym they want you to pay more for this service. This gym always is fun and you get a great workout at the same time.

Great place to go and workout. The ladies and staff are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend to any women looking for a change in there workout routine. They offer everything from walkin service contracts, month to month family plans, student discounts what more could you ask for :) *****

Looking for a low inpact workout with a kick come see this place. Can't believe how hard some of the workouts are but I feel SO MUCH better after I have do the workout. The offer a plan for anyone who wants to get in shape. I glad they opened a gym like this here and the members and staff are so nice and helpful. call you will not be sorry!

WOW great workout better then other circuit training facilities. Most offer 30 seconds this workout is 40 to 1 minute. and with the number of reps you try to get you really feel the burn in those muscles that you can not wait to move but you know you great a great workout and with the cardio and strength you get so much more this the type of condition. Very happy with this workout routine.

I am a walkin and for $5.00 I can workout as long as I want. I walk alot so I need strenght added to my workout routine. I is great and I always have fun here come and see for yourself you will be pleased with the gym.

Joined this gym 2 months ago and I love it. Low impact on my joints so I have no pain and the women are so nice here. The owner always is friendly to be around. Would recommend to any women looking for a nice gym and for $35 it is reasonable.

Great new gym always friendly and the workouts are fun . The staff is so helpful and there to help with all the machines and this is a great gym for anyone new to working out or a pro.Finally a gym that cares for its members.

GREAT GREAT GREAT glad that I joined the gym hard workouts and fun at the same time and you never know what the workout is till you get in the gym always know you did a hard workout and the staff is so friendly great job. Finally someone who cares about the person working out not just a number in the gym.

WOW what a workout . they do 1 minute and 40 second . And I tell you what this is the hardest workout I have had in a long time than the reps are not easy to get to while working out and SWEAT every workout 5 *****

LOVE the new gym friendly, fun and fast but you always know you got a great workout. And all the women are all nice and frindly also. Come see for yourself you will not be disappointed!

Great Great Great new gym .Nice to work with and they help you when you ask and do not have to pay more for there assistance. orkouts are fast and fun and only take 36 minutes.

Joined when it first opened and love that the staff is fun and friendy to be around. This place offers severly different workouts through the week and you get both strenght and cardio. love it love it love it!

Great place to exercise, I have so much fun the the program goes fast and I sweat harder then I have at other gyms in the past. Would recommend this to any woman looking for a great place to work out and they offer walk-in , M-T-M and 1 year contracts with no pressure.

Great gym always clean, friendly heplful staff . Unlike other gyms they are here and help you with the equipment without paying more every time you need help. Very happy that I come to see this new place.

Ladies one the cleanest gyms that I have been in in a long time. This gym makes you feel comfortable and they are always friendly. You never feel like there is no one to help you the the equipment always helping. You need to see this for yourself. :0 :)
