After the hurricane I needed help with my pool. A very small part of the liner was unclipped less than a foot and I had leaves and debris. I waited over a week 1/2 and they came out and clipped the liner, did not tell me they were not going to service the pool, and billed me $150. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR POOL.

I cannot stress enough how much I would not recommend using J and J. Blamed crumbling kool deck on freezing weather, said they have had alot of their pools do same thing. I moved to this house from one 2 miles away with 25 year old pool deck with no issues. DO NOT USE. The fact that they have had alot of their pools do same thing says it all.
