Verizon Wireless

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Verizon. I have been with Verizon for many years and am happy with overall service, however, after this evening, in the Covington Va store, I will think long and hard before I continue to stay with Verizon.

There were 2 youngsters working of which neither knew very much at all. We asked several questions of which the reply was "I dont know" and when we asked for a manager, the reply was "They were all fired"

Well...... I can understand why!!

I wasn't allowed to turn the phone on to view it. They did not know how to port my number over from prepaid to contract and for what ever reason we were not allowed to write a check from a debit account.

The list just goes on and on...... I will not be back in that store and it is doubtful that I stay with Verizon unless I can find a competent associate somewhere.

Overall, this is not the place to go if you want to speak with someone who has knowledge about Verizon and their products!!
