My son who was very sick and crying for hours was wasn't seen by a doctor for nearly 4 hours!!! The staff is rude the nurses move as slow as molasses. It was the worst experience EVER!! This hospital needs to be retrained on how to help patients

i wouldnt even give them a one star if i didnt have to pick. took my daughter up there sunday with double ear infection and puking. was in the room for over an hour it had no sink and nothing to clean my daughters puke off her with. other people could hear her puking and went to get the nurse for me they never showed up and when i went to get the nurse thanks to another mother for watching my daughter while i could i went to knock on the door and the nurse yelled what the f do you want? i told him since they couldnt provide the service i needed we was walking out and im tellin everyone not to go there. especially since i was just visiting family im not even from that area it was the worse experience ive ever had at a hospital.

I can say that all ER's have a wait and certainly I didn't mind waiting considering life flight came in and others came in bleeding profusely. It made my emergency seem so minute. I understand priorities! Once I was back I was treated with absolute kindness. I was admitted for the night and can say that not one person on the staff was rude or unprofessional! It was shocking to think so many people seemed to actually care about the patients. The only complaint I have is that the facility could be cleaned better. From the ER to the overnight room, the floors needed attention, scuff marks on lots of things. Otherwise I am very happy and would certainly recommend to anyone.

I have been to the Pain Management Department at Newton Medical twice, now. Both times I have been seen by them, they keep passing me off to other doctors and departments. They refuse to help me manage my pain while we seek for the root cause. Management means to nurse an issue until resolved. They have not done that. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I would never recommend Newton Medical Center's Pain Management doctors for ANYONE, EVER!!! If I didnt have to supply any stars to post my review it would be better... I say, No stars, at all.
