Bert's Mega Mall

Went to berts mega mall to get my first sports bike and had a good experience there. I was greated right away and helped out by Hollywood i was satisfied by his help he was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. The finance guy Gary Mullen was a kool guy and answered all my questions. Definitely a place i would go back to.

I had been wanting to purchase can-am and Berts Auto Mall is the perfect place! They had a good selection of models and colors and informed me that they had even more in the back waiting to get built! Dino Smaldino was there to greet us right as we walked in, he had sold my friend his bike a week prior. Dino was not only very knowledgable but funny and personal. He, along with the rest of the team at Berts Mall, (specifically Jayson Norris) made sure I got the best deal. The most amazing staff and a wide selection of everything, highly recommend Berts!

Our family shopping experience was great. From the moment we were greeted by the sales associate Dany who was very helpful and knowledgeable to the management team like Kennedy who explain the different finance options to Gary who closed the deal with all the paperwork and not to leave out the final delivery team who explain the operating mechanism of the units purchased. Overall it was a very pleasant first time experience and I highly recommend it to everyone as I will return for future purchases in the near future. Thank you all. I have traveled to many countries, and have lived in many states within our great country. I had received what I believed to be outstanding service and unmatched attention to detail only a handful of times while fulfilling my requests during large purchases. I can honestly say that Dustin Blurton (superior salesman) and Cesar Cornejo (financial) have exceeded my expectations. It is uncommon to find a team who works well together for the better of the customer. Too often larger companies tend to lose the customer as soon as the deal is made with a handshake. This is not so at Berts Mega Mall. I am a well educated buyer who knows what I want. I do not require additional efforts for the sale. Instead, I required precise attention to ensure the purchase of my motorcycle went quickly and without stress. Dustin Blurton and Cesar Cornejo performed flawlessly. I cannot place enough emphases on the level of expertise these two performed at. It is at a level that is unquestionably the best I've received in many years.Lastly, the gentleman at the service counter who prepared my bike was also extremely efficient, kind, and helpful. I do apologize for not remembering his name. His efforts completed the entire process and left me with a great deal of satisfaction. The team at Bert's is terrific. I bought a 2011 KTM 450 SX-F. Bike was perfect and I got a great deal. I emailed Art Wood about this bike on an early morning. By the end of the day I had it loaded in the back of my truck. I live 2 hours away. He was honest/fair and is a rider just like me. Also bought a 2011 XP 900 Last year from him. Same experience!!! Won't buy from anyone else. Thanks for your help Art. Bert's is the place for all of my off road needs!!!!

Bert's Mega Mall is a great! The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Joe Rodriguez was extremely helpful in my purchase of a scooter. While waiting on finance with Jayson Norris (unusual for a scooter purchase) I had plenty of time to browse around the eye candy of sportbikes, cruisers, offroad, and even watercraft. Plenty to think about until my z1000 Kawasaki dies for good. Then perhaps another trip to pick up an R1, CBR, or Ninja. A definite must visit for motorcycle enthusiasts.
