        I went to scooters this morning ordered to drinks and a cinnamon roll. I got to where I was going pulled out the cinnamon roll I had no fork or napkins. I could not eat it anyways it was hard as a rock. I called and told them. They said I have to come in now to get a new one or I have to go online to file a complaint. Sooo yea ok i called them and complained so I hope this gets taken care of.
