i am a regular user of bluffs taxi. i have tried other cab company in council bluffs and now i only use bluffs taxi. its nice to know that when i call they know me by name. the dispatcher is always so pleasant. they are very dependable and very affordable. thank you bluffs taxi for the great service.

Cab was extremely dirty, not on time and the driver was pretty rude.

Terrible service, rude and not on time

This is the best cab ride I ever received. I had to take a cab from the airport to my motel at Springhill Suites in Council Bluffs first they got lost getting there and asked me how to get there like I would know as I dont live in the area then they charged me 42.00. On my way home the motel called Bluffs Taxi and they were early to pick me up and they were so nice and the driver could talk english they knew where I was going and were very pleasent to talk to and when I arrived at the airport the cost was only 18.00. Will take this cab next time I am in town!
