        Not a good place for a family

        The crime rate is really high. The police have regular foot chases through the property trying to catch criminals. Windows on both apartments and cars are constantly being broken. The management sucks! There is a zero tolerance for rent being paid even one day late. The late fees are outrageous. On day five they go to court to get you evicted. The manager employs mostly her relatives and has her children running around the office daily. The pool and hot tub are closed most of the time. Not worth the money or the stress to live there.
