I have purchased quite a bit of equipment for my clients from your store over the past 12-15 years but will not go back due to the treatment I received today. I asked if I could purchase an item and show it to my elderly clients in Rico, Co. and bring it back if they didn't like it. I was told "...once it leaves the store it doesn't come back...". I was flabergasted. No customer service, period.I have run a business for 30 years and that is not how one treats a customer. There are other places to purchase the same equipment at a less expensive price and I will be visiting them and beginning a new business relationship with them. Good Bye Petersen Medical.
