Acme Truck Line transports equipment, materials and supplies for clients throughout the United States. The company operates a fleet of more than 1,300 trucks, which operate in 30 service markets in seven states to haul more than 4,000 loads of oilfield and general commodities freight each week. Acme also operates a logistics firm that offers load consolidation, traffic study, loan status, customer activity, split billing and cost sharing services. Acme Truck Line was founded in 1960 as a Louisiana-based, intrastate oilfield hauler. It is headquartered in Harvey, La., and maintains more than 70 offices throughout the United States, including one in Corpus Christi, Texas.
