        Wonderful environment with clean equipment. [LA fitness] staff can be seen in the back ground keeping the establishment in order, racking weights for those lacking gym etiquette as well as wiping equipment for said individuals. The employees seem to always be in great spirits.

        varies with your needs. Some excellent caring instructors in classes

        Some of the instructors are excellent, and very concerned with the clients. However, I find when it comes to needing heelp with the equipment on the floor, that's another matter. If I ask for help, they try to sell me on a personal trainer. I've about given up on the floor, and stick with the classes.
