        After having gone there for years, the employee who has been on the cash register for the last 4-5 times, and who has always given me a cookie in place of the chips, claimed today that she had never done that and I had to get the chips. I reminded her several times, in various ways, that I had been coming in there frequently and dealing with her each time. She denied this every time. So, I canceled my order. I will not do business with people who lie to me. All she had to do was admit responsibility, perhaps say that she had been in error or that they no longer did that exchange. Instead she claimed that this had never happened. I don't know about anyone else, but that left me with a bad feeling about the place so I will not return. They have lost my business.
