This the first moving company that was on time when they came to move us. Pick Up & Go Moving International real buy back hope in moving companies. My husband and I had gave up on Moving Companies on some of the bad rating that customers give moving companies. This company showed us different by doing what they said they were going to do and being very professional with great customer service. I will be telling my family and friend about Pick Up & Go Moving International.

This company has move my family and I two times in 6 months. The reason we use Pick Up & Go Moving International they have great customer service and professional movers. GREAT JOB Pick-Up & Go Moving International, Inc. This company help my son move from college. They make sure that this furniture was taking care of very professional. Also, their pricing was not high like some of the other moving companies that we check. This company was very punctuality, responsiveness and help with my son move. Mr. Johnson (Owner) was great! His workers did damage some property but he had them repaired and the man did quality work in regards to repairs.

Professional reliable service!! One of the most professional moving companies I have ever used. I'm in the military; and I have moved in the last five years at least 4 times and have not experience some of the best service. However, I was very pleased with using this company; I was quoted a affordable rate my items were moved and delivered in a timely manner. The customer service I received was very helpful. Great customer service!!! I hired this company to move some items for my mother and the customer service was great! I did not have to worry about anything; the movers contacted me 24 hrs before my move to notify me they would arrive 1 hour early prior to my schedule move time everything went very well. I would recommend this if you are looking for safe and affordable service!!

The moving specalists at Pick Up & Go Moving Intl. made my life stress free during my move from Mrytle Beach, SC to Charlotte, NC. I call this company to get a quote, after calling so many moving companies I was exhausted; I explained to the rep that my job had transfered me to Charlotte, NC and after 5mins of talking to the moving specialist I felt confident in this company. The moving specialist assured me that the quote she provided me would not change and that she would do everything to make sure my move was stress free being that I'm new to the area I felt really comfortable with this company. The movers arrive early on the day of my move, they were VERY PROFESSIONAL!! I asked questions and they were willing to make sure I had a full understanding of the process of my move. Neatless to say I will always refer Pick Up & Go Moving Intl. as one of the Best moving experiences I've ever had. Thank You!!!

Pick Up & Go Moving is a PROFESSIONAL moving company. I use this company for my move from AZ to FL and everything went perfectly! Anytime I contract a company for services I always request insurance, business license, and other information about the company before I use their services,I was provided with this information immediately after receiving my quote. I THINK IT IS SO SADDD THAT A PERSON WOULD HAVE SO MUCH TIME TO TAKE OUT OF THEIR DAILY LIFE TO POSTED SUCH BAD, FALSE INFORMATION ON (GET A LIFE!!!!) Pick Up & Go Moving Intl such a great company. My family and friends have use this company many times and never any problems, we look forward to using you guys in the future!! Keep up the awesome work!!!

The troubles started when the president of the company, Antoine Johnson, persuaded the customer to accept his recommendation to change the scheduled pickup date because of weather concerns. The customer thought the original date was better based on weather forecasts but Antoine used the threat of additional charges to convince the customer to agree. Due to distance between the two locations and the closing time of 5:00 PM for the destination apartment rental office, the initial plans were to have the belongings delivered the day after the pickup took place. With this suggested change, Antoine assured the customer that the movers would arrive by 7:00 AM and be done by noon. When they failed to arrive by 7:30, the customer called and was told they were stuck in traffic. This was a lie and they had not even left yet. With each passing hour the customer and her family become frustrated but stuck to the facts with as little emtions as possible. The movers were late and Antoine was not being up front about what was causing the delay. Antoine on the other hand became quite defensive and confrontational. Several times he called the customer and her parents unreasonable. The crew arrived at 11:00 AM causing the delivery date to be changed because the customer was unwilling to just leave upon their arrival and allow them to do the loading without her being present, as Antoine suggested she should do. Had this taken place it would have been in direct violation of policies they have posted in their documentation. Also the driver would have to load the truck, spend 4 hours driving to the destination and then turn around and drive back home. Just the first sign that Pick Up and Go does not care about their employees. The most aggravating part was not the delay but the repeated comments by Antoine that the customer and her family were unreasonable, ridiculous people; and his failure to admit what exactly caused the delays. He also tried to make it seem as though the things that are going wrong were some how not his company's fault. Antoine was not being honest from the beginning, his crews were not coming from 1 hour away like he stated the day before when concerns were expressed about the promised 7:00 AM arrival. They were in fact coming from about 3 hours away. The crew did not even know they were on the job until the other scheduled workers backed out or failed to show. If it had not been for speaking directly with the driver we would have never gotten the true story. This company is not financially stable; the driver was delayed 2 hours on the delivery whlie sitting at a gas station with a debit card that would not work. The employees are not treated fairly; the crews are not paid for drive time only loading/unloading. In our case that meant they worked for 14 hours that they did not get paid for because they were driving. Lucky for us the crew still treated us great. They dont care about resolving issues. We wanted to discuss the $ we owed upon delivery with them but before this could be done they used the prior authorization number that they obtained from the deposit on our credit card.Even though we had a hold on our card, we were unable to stop payment before discussing the inappropriate and unprofessional comments by Antoine Johnson. It also seems that he does not have a supervisor that could reprimand him anyways so our discussions would not have gotten far. After seeing the multitude of bad reviews that appeared after this move was complete I am glad we cancelled our credit card so they don't have our number! Also, I did check the web for reviews before we booked this move and found nothing but now it appears that Antoine and company will just create a new company and continue to do shady business. They also did not show up in anything more than a UHAUL truck and I wish I had investigated their so called proof of insurance and licensing paperwork they sent me.

Quite honestly, this company doesn't even deserve one star. I could write a book, but I have other reviews out there (movers.com & ripoff reports), so I'll keep this short.



They have NO insurance, and a call to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration this morning revealed that they aren't even authorized to be in operation at this time.



Wish I'd known those two important pieces of information PRIOR to my hiring them to move 5 states away! They damaged almost everything they touched, then had the gall to charge me an extra $675 to do it.



Truly unbelievable. Please... don't even think about using this company. It's a scam.

Damaged several items during the move, said they would pay less than half the repair cost but 2 months later still no check. Also worked very slowly then charged for an extra hour!

They were a whole day late for the pickup of my move. I called them several times the day my move was supposed to take place on, was put on hold by the secretary and then no one ever picked up to talk to me. It took four phone calls to actually talk to someone and get an answer. Awful service and terrible communication. I would highly NOT recommend them! Beware!
