Comet Cleaners Hickory Creek is the best. Brian is a cleaning guru and always has a solution to any stain. He's returned my expensive garments in beautiful condition,hard to believe it's even possible. So glad Brian's located in Hickory Creek/Lake Dallas/Corinth. They've saved my bacon many times.

Owner is a great guy and willing to assist in anyway to help the customers. They business does a great job handling the customers and their items. I always enjoy my trip to the cleaners with my dogs in tow!

I have used this cleaners for 5 years and up until recently their customer service was flawless. I took a comforter in as I have done numerous times and weeks later when I went to pick it up I gave the young lady at the window my name and her face immediately dropped. I knew instantly there was a problem. An older lady came out to me and said the seam of the comforter had come undone & they were going to repair it and give me a call once it was complete. Because she was so extremely nice & offered an immediate solution, I did not show my frustration at the lack of communication since it had been weeks & they have my phone number on file and by this time repairs could have been completed. Also I had company coming into town and had to run out and purchase another comforter set. Months went by and I never received a phone callnand realized that my comforter was still there. When I got there I was greeted by a lady at one of the counters and I told her that I was expecting a phone call regarding a comforter and I was cut off by a young lady at the counter behind me. She stated that they don't call people we have to just come up and pick up our stuff. I ignored her because not only was she rude for interrupting but she completely spoke out of turn and did not know the details of why I was even there. I had not even finished my sentence. Once I finish explaining 2 the lady I was talking to she knew exactly what comforter I was talking about and went to retrieve it. I paid for it and thank her 4 taking care of the repairs and left. I only had the comforter for a week and the middle seam started coming apart. I went back up there because again I had company coming because my dad had just passed away. I spoke with the same lady and told her that I really needed the blanket repaired properly or I could take it to my own tailor and bring them the bill. again this was the same lady and she was very nice and She said that she would have the owner call me. The owner called me a couple of days later and explained that he himself repaired the comforter and that the quality of the comforter would not sustain washing or dry cleaning. This I completely understood because I bought the economical bed in a bag set for my guest bed. I thanked him for personally repairing the comforter and felt honored that the owner himself would take on such a task. Then I felt it was a great opportunity 2 speak with him about the lack of communication in so he could take this feedback to his team. this is when the conversation immediately turned. I could not get my whole story out without him cutting me off several times, he called me a liar by saying that the incident with the young girl never happened, he told me 2 come get the money that I spent for the dry cleaning and to never visit his establishment again. I'm a business professional and I was never discourteous to any of hisor him. not only was I insulted but I felt intimidated by the way he treated me. all I was looking for was an apology and acknowledgment of my frustrations by offering to talk to his team regarding this. I definitely will never go back to this establishment and told him that he could keep the money that I never asked for in the first place and the blanket comforter. So my advice to you is that it is great customer service as long as you have no issues. Also I don't think I would have been treated so inferior if I were not an African American woman.
