        Went in for a trim (same stylist had cut my hair before). This last visit was a complete nightmare. Started late bc she took a walk in when I had scheduled with her.. from there is just got worse she gutted the back of my butt length hair.. there are over a foot of hair missing in the center back..she basically made uneven choppy layer at the top that I did not ask for and lobbed it at the bra area..then left some butt length pieces from underneath..it looks like a straight across shelf ..like someone grabbed my ponytail and hack off the top. I kept asking to stand so I could see what she was doing and she wouldn’t let me.. been crying for a month now. I’ve lost my confidence over this. She ruined my hair..yes it will grow however I cannot fix it even for months and years of growth is destroyed. Went to another stylist who told me to let it grow before we even attempt a fix and that stylist even said ‘this couldn’t be an accident’.. I just don’t understand why. This salon delivered me every woman’s worst nightmare.. beware of this place if you value your hair.
