David's Bridals in Coral Gables saved my wedding day! I love them. Special thanks go to Lisa, my Stylist, and to Celia in Alterations. I bought a dress that was in stock. They had my alterations done perfectly in three days. They were amazing. The customer service was top notch. My dress was beautiful, and I had compliments from everyone. I lost a lot of weight right before the wedding. The dress that my seamstress had made me no longer fit correctly. I had to make a last minute decision to go with David's. It was definitely the right decision. Thank you again!!!!

Let's start with, the people giving this store "Amazing" reviews and 5 Starts, are Davids Bridals own employees!!! This store is by far the worst Davids Bridal I have ever been in. There is a reason why they keep changing management, the employees don't go above and beyond for their customers, they don't give a damn about you, just your money. Contacting corporate? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! they just send your complaint to the store and one of their associate will call you just to "apologize" and that's it. Forgot your horrible experience, forget about the $200 spent on a dress that you couldn't wear, forgot about the hours you spent driving to their location, because they refuse to ship to a store-near-you and of course forget about the ignorant, no customer service experience associate who refused to help you or meet you half way after everything you've been through because of this store. I went through hell and back all for a specific dress, that I could not get anywhere else in the US. and all I got in return was "we will train our associates better" they don't care, you complain to corporate and all you get is some generic response from the store that you are complaining about! Find your dress somewhere else, your special day will be hell if you go to this store. I pay attention to customer service, this store and their corporate office lack the true meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE! Honestly, as pretty as the dresses may be, they are over priced and the service is by far the worst. I went to this store after reading all the "great reviews" and learned that it's all a lie! It's the employees writing them, because they need more sales.
