        Overall

        The office closed in my opinion due to billing issues. They sent my daughter to collections but they codes the charges incorrectly. They sent my husband's account to collections but they never filed his insurance. Still today, 8/3/15 they are trying to collect a charge from me. I sent them a check in 2014 and have submitted a copy of my cancelled check 3 times now.
