Doctors' Diet Program

Once arriving to the Conyers location I was rudely informed that the price is now $59.99 for everyone. I informed the young lady that the website doesn't reflect the updated price. She stated she doesn't have anything to do with the website. I called Natalie the office manager to voice my complaint. A person got on the phone with a very aggressive and unprofessional tone stating this is Dr. Gaines. He then ask what is your question? I explained the business advertised false, misleading info. He said the website didn't apply to the Conyers location explained the website stated Conyers,Ga with the words New Client $19. Dr. Gaines responded saying I don't carry what the website says! I'm not seeing no one for $19.00. He then hung up. This situation was unprofessional and very rude. Let alone false advertisement. I have $59 to pay. It's the principle of being honest, treating people fair and providing professional service. I will be reporting this location to corporate and to the BBB.
