Advantage Transportation Management

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I used this service to transport my 87 year old bed bound father to a Dr.’s appointment. They arrived on time and did get us to the appointment on time….but when it was time to leave and take my dad home they had left to do another call?? When I called the office I was told by Stephanie “A CO-OWNER” that it would be about an hour before they would be back to pick us up. When I told her that was unacceptable she said “we don’t wait at appointments because we have other transfers to do”. I told her that no one had told me that when I made the appointment and she said “sorry that’s our policy”. I asked what time they would be back to pick us up and she said 4:15 about an hour. I told her I sure hope they are here by 4:15 and she said “well I hope they don’t run into any red lights, it’s been a very busy afternoon ”. She was rude and told me they would not reimburse me as she was “A CO-OWNER and they didn’t do reimbursements. They didn’t arrive to pick us up until 4:40 over an hour and a half after his appointment ended!!!!! Stephanie “CO-OWNER” was a very unprofessional and rude “CO-OWNER” and I DO NOT recommend Advantage Transportation!!!!!
