Pulled up to the drive thru window twice today and no one would wait on me despite the fact that they were in plain visible site. Had to walk in which is hard to do when needing hip replacement surgery.

Excellent customer service and super friendly staff. They take care of you as if you were a member of their family. Highly recommend Rivertown Pharmacy

I think Rivertown Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in Conway. Pharmacist Leslie Todd is one of the kindest people I have ever met. All of the staff is friendly and very kind. They were so helpful in getting me help with my prescription costs.

I can not thank Leslie Todd enough for being so kind to me and my mother when she came in for her shingles vaccine. I was treated so kindly and professionally. I am so grateful. They had the vaccine in stock and the gentle way Pharmacist Leslie Todd gave it was wonderful snd dealt with my mother. Thank you and I always support small local business.

I am not sure why this application says exact location is unknown... It is on highway 701 towards Loris. It is across the road from Conway Feed and Grain. This is a wonderful addition to Conway! Kind wonderful people!!!!!!!!

I do not have prescription insurance. These kind people helped me enroll in a savings program to get my blood pressure medicine . I could not afford it without their help . They are very kind and knowledgeable.

I had been to almost every pharmacy in Conway trying to get help with my dad's medication. He is residing in an assisted living facility. I am so glad I drove by Rivertown Pharmacy. They have been a godsend. The pharmacists Julie Strickland and Leslie Todd were so kind and helpful. I am so grateful to them.

I have never been treated to such down home customer service in my lifee. The pharmacy team at Rivertown Pharmacy know what is takes to make a sick customer happy. I came in with my sick son and within 10 minutes I had everything I needed and was out the door. I then got a phone call a week later checking in on my son. I can not thank them enough!
