Splash Express Care Lube/Wash

Save your money, do not pay for anything more than an exterior wash. Paid $40 for what I hoped would be a through cleaning job inside and out. The exterior was cleaned well but it was also cleaned by a machine. The interior is where they failed miserably. No attention to detail, at best they vacuumed but it didn't appear they even tried to wipe anything else down.

WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE!

Just came back from a 2 hour wait to get my car washed. I arrived at 2:30 there were 6 cars in front of me waiting to obtain fell-service washes. After they took my money, I waited for two hours!! When I finally had enough and complained, I was told by management that they decided to send employees home in the morning due to a lack of business. The manager then proceeded to scold me that I didn't understand the cost of running a small business and there was a 30% chance of rain. He then asked how he could fix the problem and I told him that I wanted my $18.00 back and 2 hours of my life. He flatly refused. I told, Ken Sullivan, that I was a small business owner and I didn't appreciate he or his assistance manager arguing with me or yelling and walking away. I told him that his business issues were not mine and I can't imagine that he would make them mine. He then wanted to know what my small business was and " I bet it's not a car wash." Very arrogant, rude and miscalculating. I will never waste my afternoon with them again. Thanks Splash Employees

I can't believe I paid $25.00 for the "Ultimate" car wash and came out with a dirty truck. The inside was not vacuumed the interior was not wiped down. The undercarriage and wheel wells still were dirty. The guys who rode with the truck apparently spent more time playing with the radio than they did cleaning. When I got it back home the job had to be finished. Oh, and where's my fragrance?? I will not go back and will tell my friends of the poor service as well.
