        First hint should have been when the "manager" Jason was a no show to measure. Rescheduled & he again showed up late with no apology. Called Friday afternoon to confirm installation was still on for Monday & were told yes. Monday comes with no installation crew, & Jason not answering cell phone. Girl @ store tries to help & tells us that crew is on way around 1 & that she will call to let us know to expect them. Still waiting @ 6. Avoid this mess!!!!
