Evergreen Sport & Spine Physical Therapy (EVSSPT) opened its doors in 1996, in Evergreen, by Kimberly Kaiser, PT. 20 years later and more than 3 decades of practicing physical therapy Kim and her staff have landed in Conifer, Colorado. This clinic continues to serve a wonderful population of mountain loving clients from Conifer, Bailey, Evergreen, Morrison and surrounding foothill communities. From the moment Kim started her practice she knew that her patients were motivated and committed to getting better and getting back to life. Our patients believe that with the right care, anything is possible. With such great attitude from the patients Kim set out to build a staff, both physical therapists and office, that were willing to provide top notch, one-on-one care with each patient, and would take the time to listen to the patients concerns and provide a successful outcome. To provide such care means staying on top of the latest techniques through ongoing education. All EVSSPT physical therapists have a minimum of 10 years experience and most more than 20 years. Armed with this knowledge, experience and personalized care our patients at EVSSPT achieve great results.
Neck Pain
Manual Therapy
We will customize a program geared toward your particular injury, which could include various types of manual therapy techniques, stretching, therapeutic exercise, or functional exercise. Modalities such as heat, ice, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, or iontophoresis may be used to reduce swelling and improve muscle relaxation. Treatment is performed in a private room as well as a gym setting, using a variety of athletic and rehabilitation equipment.

Foot Orthotics
Katie Worden is originally from Arizona. She received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Colorado, Boulder and went on to get her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah. As an avid skier, she knows what it is like to be a patient in physical therapy, as she blew out her knee and shoulder in separate ski accidents. She has been practicing outpatient physical therapy in CO for 15 years with a strong focus on manual therapy based treatment and person specific exercise prescription. She is certified in casting custom foot orthotics and has done extensive course work on lower extremity biomechanics. Katie is a believer in lifelong learning and continues to evaluate and treat the entire body, not just individual body parts.
