        Doctor Fowler himself seems to be a good Doctor. His staff are incompetent and inept. From telling the patient over the phone that the hernia results were not abnormal (when in fact it needed surgery) to giving us the wrong date for the MRI to neglecting to get PCP (or even letting the PCP know that they had referred surgical ) pre-auth for the surgical consult, resulting in a wasted morning. They didn't particularly care that they had made mistakes or that they could have advised us on what steps to take. They were very happy to take our money though.
