I have been going to Randy's for almost 20 years. I would not let anyone else work on my car. They are top notch. They listen and do everything to find the solution. Honest, reliable, friendly and worth every dollar spent. You cannot go wrong coming here.

all of these reviews must come from the staff no one wants to tell you the truth when you go there to get a idea what's going on you may not leave here without paying something they talk nice to you I guess they earn the tip for that they are cons hi went to get a break check when I returned I was charged for lug nuts then after 3 days of driving my car my hubcap became missing when I spoke to them about this they said there's nothing they could do it was on there when they left I have had tires replaced more than 3 weeks before going to this place and my hubcap was there I return from Los Angeles and park my car for two weeks before going to get the checks after leaving there for 3 days my hub cap is missing what does that tell you you be the judge of it there are plenty of other shops around the hard working Mexicans also charge 300 for $200 cheapereven the auto body shop on monument in Detroit are for better choices then this pretend to be mobile shop that are truly hey well disguise hustle shop I feel ripped off I asked him how about you take off a few dollars for me getting the job that I was coming to get they said no I offered to go half on the hubcaps since I would buy two they said noso basically if something happens to you and you go to this place after they take your money they will do you the same way and say there's nothing they can do I never even asked for the lug nuts that they sold me

Great customer service. Recently, the guys found a small leak in the drivetrain. Even though it's not a problem now, they knew to alert me right away so I could still use the manufacturer's 5-year warranty. This is several thousand dollars savings for me! They're good!

I have taken my car to Randy for about the last year. They are the very honest about the repairs needed and the price is fair. I took my car to them because I had another shop give me an estimate on a new air conditioner. It was going to be 1800.00 Randy replaced it for just a little over half of that price
