Advanced Tooling Systems specializes in the building and repair of medium-to-large progressive, transfer and line dies. With more than 125 employees, it maintains a more than 77,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space. The company has tryout presses ranging in size up to 1,300 tons. Advanced Tooling Systems operates a lean tooling manufacturing facility that focuses on standardized work and waste elimination. It designs tools in 3-D solids with CATIA V5 and Unigraphics software. Advanced Tooling Systems is a part of Tooling Systems Group, which is a coalition of core tooling companies with expertise in designing, building and maintenance of tooling and equipment.
