Long Family Orchard & Farm

Great family owned orchard and farm! Lots of fun during the Fall at the Cider Mill. Lots of things for both kids and adults to do. Great fresh produce in the Spring/Summer as well. I'm thankful to have such a lovely place right down the road from me. It's definitely worth checking out!

We went to the Orchard today, like we go every year with our kids, one 19 and the other 23 years old and was told that in order for us to pick up apples this year, we had to go to a hayride and everybody had to buy a separate bag to put their own apples. So if you don't like/care for hayrides you have no choice! The price is ridiculous high! We felt very frustrated and, like many other families we saw, we came back home without any apples! I would like also to mention that they had two guys singing, who were so depressing, that we decided to drink our 1/2 gallon apple cider (note: you have also to purchase the cups if you want to share with your family) and eat the 1/2 dozen doughnuts at home!
