Every once in a while, a company rises to the occasion to resolve a matter of customer satisfaction and owner integrity. The owner of Lake Electronics Group did just that. I received a phone call from the owner, Michael Rosen, who told me that a long-held (but unwritten) policy had not been applied in my case. After moving from my home, my contract should've been cancelled and any balance remaining on the contract, forgiven. Mr. Rosen did just that and he apologized for the inconvenience. While I no longer have Lake Electronics Group as my monitoring service, I also no longer have the same negative opinion regarding their business practices or ethics.
