Sunken Meadow Auto Collision

Very bad. 1. Service rep would rarely look at me and had this huge attitude. Would not answer my questions or guide me at all. 2. I had to go to them for my car's accident, and they seem to want to be pal with insurance company, and really caused unnecessary trouble for me.

VERY impressed with the way they worked on my 2010 RAV-4. They thoroughly explained the process on how they were going to work on my car, and on a very reasonable price. The wait time for my car was phenomenal as it was exactly what they said it was going to be. Dropped car off on Monday Morning, picked it up on Thursday Afternoon. Arriving to Sunken Meadow Auto Collision and seeing my car polished and looking just like a brand new car! Dent was removed and they even cleaned the inside! Definitely will recommend to all my friends this Auto Collision Center!

I had my lexus fixed and they did a great job. what i really liked was that they thorougly explained the repair process to me. They were very friendly and helped me with my insurance claim. The car was repaired quickly and looks great, and when i brought my car to the dealer for service, they couldnt even tell where it was fixed till i told them. They agreed it was repaired very nicely. I would recommend them to anyone.
