My friends and I went to Outback a couple of weeks ago. All of us order the prime rib and what we got it it was not even the consistency of prime rib period it was mushy and tough. It had no shape it was like mush on a plate. They've obviously gone downhill and I will never go there again.

My family and i went to eat at outback in commack tonight and it was very disapointing. You call ahead for seating and they tell you 20 to25 minutes.So u get there in 25 and the tellu its going to be another 25.Ok so you decide to wait, u wait thinking it wont be to lon and it turns out ur waiting another 45 min. The know i need a table because o my handicapped daughter but they tell me after i waited 45 min. that everybody called ahead. So when a table of 17 came in and was sat within 10 min he told me the called ahead.Now how is it i called ahead got there the alotted time and i was still waiting 45 min and still not seated. then they wanted to split us up not even near each other beacuse they had another table of 17 waiting,when ther was a table for us and they wanted to give it to the 17. Then you have to wait at least 45 min to eat. I have given this outback alot of chances but tonight might have been the last straw.Its really to bad beacause they might have lost some good coustumers.
